Yingi Felicitates With Okowa, Urges Ogboru To Stop Further Legal Exercise


The candidate of the All Progressive Congress, APC in the 2019 Governorship elections, Chief Great Ogboru has been advised to joint hands with Dr Ifeanyi Okowa’s led PDP administration in its efforts to building a stronger Delta.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Environment and Marine Transportation, Hon Daniel Yingi gave the advice in a congratulatory message to Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, his Deputy, Deacon Kingsley Otuaro and all PDP faithfuls in the state on the victory of the Party at the Delta State Election Petition Tribunal at Asaba.

Hon Yingi while felicitating with the Governor on what he described as  well deserved victory, strongly spoke against  actions capable of causing further distractions to the good governance of Delta State, stressing that the continued legal exercise was counterproductive.

The former Lawmaker urged Chief Great Ogboru to be patient as he has tried as a person but can not change the plan and direction of God at this point in time in the life of the state.

Hon Daniel Yingi stressed that what is most required from the APC guber candidate is to join forces with Dr Okowa in his efforts to enhancing the destiny of Delta State to the envy of other states.

He said Dr Okowa has been divinely ordained to govern the state till 2023, noting that no human can turn the will of God.

The Special Adviser prayed God to grant the Governor and his team the wherewithal to building institutions that promote peace, progress and development in the state.
