In a significant cultural ceremony, Nigerian music icon Innocent ‘2Baba’ Idibia’s fiancée, Hon. Natasha Osawaru, has been formally introduced to his Idoma kinsmen in Benue State.

The viral video captures a culturally significant moment where Natasha, is formally welcomed into the Idoma community, was adorned in traditional Idoma attire, symbolizing her acceptance into the Idoma community.

This introduction precedes their anticipated traditional marriage ceremony, scheduled for Friday, April 25, 2025, in Natasha’s hometown in Edo State.

The couple’s relationship became public earlier this year when 2Baba proposed to Natasha in a video that quickly went viral. The proposal followed 2Baba’s public confirmation of his romantic involvement with Natasha, amidst his separation from his wife, Annie Idibia.

Addressing public speculation, 2Baba clarified that Natasha had no role in his marital issues, stating, “She is a young, brilliant, amazing woman and had nothing to do with what happened between me and Annie.”
