Okowa Appoints Onyemaka Kenneth DESAA MD

Delta State Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa has approved the appointment of Mr. Onyemaka Kenneth as the Managing Director of Delta State Signage and Advertisement Agency (DESAA).

The appointment letter signed by the Secretary to State Government (SSG), Hon. Festus Ovie  Agas, stated that the appointment takes effect from the 1st of June, 2017.

The Delta State Signage and Advertisement Agency will take charge of the management of signage and outdoor advertisement assets in the state.

It will be recalled that as part of government’s determination to regulate signage and outdoor advertising activities in the state, the Delta State House of Assembly recently passed into law, the state structure for signage and advertisement agency amendment bill and has received the governor’s assent.
