While applauding the electorates for their overwhelming participation, Iteveh commended their resilience, strong will and determination to make their voices heard.

According to him, the electorates have sent a message of a new consciousness, almost revolutionary which any true politician or leader cannot underestimate.

“The questions of whether the election was free, fair or credible may become immaterial particular at this point. Victors have emerged to pilot the affairs of government for the betterment of our people. What should not, however, be taken for granted is how strongly the almost suicidal convictions of electorates were exerted.”
