Ronaldo’s Son Called Up to Portugal U-15s
Cristiano dos Santos, the eldest son of football legend Cristiano Ronaldo, has received his first call-up to the Portugal Under-15 national team.
The 14-year-old forward, who currently plays for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia—just like his father—was named in the squad on Tuesday.
He previously trained with youth setups at Ronaldo’s former clubs, Manchester United and Juventus.
Portugal’s U-15s are set to compete in the Vlatko Markovic youth tournament in Croatia from May 13 to 18, where they will face Japan, Greece, and England.
Cristiano Ronaldo, 40, remains an active Portugal international and is Real Madrid’s all-time leading goal scorer.
He famously led his country to victory at Euro 2016, securing their first major title despite leaving the final early due to injury.
Ronaldo is a father of five, with Cristiano Jr. being the oldest of his children.
