Delta NIPR Assured Of Effective Collaboration With DBS Asaba

The Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Delta State Chapter has been assured of effective collaboration with the Delta Broadcasting Service (DBS) Asaba towards the delivery of quality service to Deltans.

The assurance was given by the General Manager of DBS Asaba, Lady Evelyn Binitie when she played host to the State Executive of NIPR at the State Broadcasting House Asaba.

The Delta State Commissioner for Secondary and Basic Education who is also the State Chairman of the NIPR, Hon. Chief Patrick Ukah, in his address noted that the visit was geared towards informing the Broadcasting station of the Institute’s forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled to hold first week of December 2019.

Chief Ukah noted that the visit will facilitate the creation of platforms for collaboration with DBS Asaba laudable vision of making Delta State the benchmark for excellence and good governance.

Chief Ukah who was represented by the State Secretary, NIPR, Mr. Godfrey Osakwe, commended DBS Asaba for broadcasting quality news and programs.

“The station has been selected as one of the Media partners of the Institute for the forthcoming programs”. He added.

In her response, Lady Evelyn Binitie who was represented by the Deputy General Manager Marketing, Mr. Godwin Eruogaba noted that DBS Asaba had always met the expectations of the audience through quality dissemination of news and programs.
