BREAKING: NABTEB Releases 2025 Examination Results
The National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) has released the results of its 2025 June/July examinations, highlighting a steady rise in Nigerians’ interest in technical and vocational education.
Announcing the results in Benin City, NABTEB Registrar and Chief Executive, Dr. Mohammed Aminu Mohammed, revealed that out of 92,875 registered candidates across 1,892 centres nationwide, a total of 89,621 candidates were graded. He described the outcome as a marked improvement over previous years, both in terms of participation and performance.
Dr. Mohammed said the results underscored Nigeria’s growing recognition of vocational and technical education as vital to national development and youth empowerment.
“This year’s results reflect the increasing awareness that vocational and technical skills are indispensable for job creation, industrial growth, and reducing unemployment. We are encouraged by the commitment of young Nigerians to acquire hands-on skills that will drive the country’s future,” he stated.
The NABTEB boss also commended stakeholders, teachers, and examination officers for their contributions to the successful conduct of the 2025 examinations.
