Tosin Adarabioyo Eyes Super Eagles Move

Chelsea defender Tosin Adarabioyo has revealed that he is considering representing the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the future.

Adarabioyo made the statement during a post-match news conference in Philadelphia after Chelsea’s 3-0 win over Esperance de Tunisie in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

The defender, who scored Chelsea’s opening goal in the win, was responding to a question about his international future.

“That is a question I have answered quite a bit recently, yeah, it is something that we are looking into in the future. It is a conversation I want to have; we will see how that goes,” Adarabioyo said.

The goal, a powerful header scored three minutes into first-half stoppage time, set Chelsea on their way to a convincing 3-0 victory.

The win advanced the Blues to the knockout stages of the competition, where they will face Benfica.

Adarabioyo emphasized that his current focus is on the upcoming match against Benfica.

The defender’s comments have sparked speculation about his international future, but for now, he remains committed to helping Chelsea progress in the tournament.
