Oborevwori Approves Financial Support for 533 Delta Law School Graduates

Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has approved financial assistance for 533 Delta State indigenes who successfully graduated from the Nigerian Law School during the 2025 session.

The approval, announced by the Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board in a public notice published in The Pointer on Thursday, is aimed at supporting young legal professionals and easing the financial burden as they begin their careers.

According to the Board, all eligible beneficiaries are required to submit the necessary documents electronically between July 23 and July 29, 2026, to enable the processing and disbursement of the funds.

Applicants are expected to provide:

Admission letter to the Nigerian Law School
Certificate of Call to the Bar
Valid means of identification
Local Government identification
Bank account details

The documents should be scanned and sent to the Board’s official email address: [email protected] within the stipulated deadline.

The Executive Secretary of the Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board, Dr. Godfrey Enita, who signed the notice, urged all eligible graduates to comply with the submission requirements to avoid delays in accessing the financial assistance.
