Delta Woman, Dr. Enojare Uvwo Uadiale, Honoured with United Nations Global Leadership and Georgia State Awards
A distinguished Nigerian and Delta-born humanitarian, Dr. (Mrs.) Enojare Tina Uvwo Uadiale, also known as Rev. Noja, has been honoured with two prestigious global recognitions — the United Nations Global Leadership Award and the Honorary Citizenship of the State of Georgia, USA — for her exemplary leadership and humanitarian service.
Dr. Uvwo Uadiale, founder of the Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation, received the honors during a grand ceremony held at the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta, attended by prominent dignitaries, civic leaders, and global representatives.
The Delta-born philanthropist hails from Ekrerhavwen Community in Agbarho Kingdom, Ughelli North LGA, and Ovu Community in Agbon Kingdom, Ethiope East LGA, Delta State, Nigeria.
The event, which marked a defining moment in her humanitarian journey, featured Dr. Jacqueline Mohair, President and Founder of Trinity International University of Ambassadors, and Hon. Billy Mitchell, a respected member of the Georgia House of Representatives, among others.
Both dignitaries presented the awards to Dr. Uvwo Uadiale, commending her for her extraordinary global impact and tireless dedication to humanitarian causes across Africa, North America, and beyond.
The Honorary Citizenship of Georgia, conferred by the Secretary of State, is one of the highest recognitions granted by the U.S. state to individuals whose leadership and service have transcended borders.
Dr. Uvwo Uadiale’s United Nations Global Leadership Award, presented in partnership with Trinity International University of Ambassadors, celebrates her outstanding contributions to education, women empowerment, community development, and global humanitarian work.
In her acceptance remarks, Dr. Uvwo Uadiale radiated humility and gratitude, describing the moment as a divine validation of her life’s mission.
“This is more than an award; it’s a prophetic affirmation of a lifelong commitment to raising champions, building communities, and transforming lives globally,” she said.
Affectionately known as Rev. Noja, Dr. Uvwo Uadiale shared that her recognition in Georgia followed a series of honors across three nations — Canada (Calgary), the United States (California), and finally Georgia — all within her birthday month, in acknowledgment of her continuous global outreach.
Expressing heartfelt gratitude, she said: “I dedicate these awards to God Almighty, my husband, Prof. Mike Uadiale, my family, my community, and every soul I’ve been privileged to serve. These recognitions are not just about me — they represent every hand that has helped us touch lives across nations.”
The emotional applause that filled the Georgia State Capitol underscored her far-reaching influence and the inspiration she continues to provide to leaders, youths, and change-makers worldwide.
“September 12th, 2025, will forever be remembered as a day when Georgia stood still to honor purpose, service, and faith,” she concluded.
