Oborevwori Is A Visionary Leader, Says Comrade Chukwunalu Dike

Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has been described as a visionary leader committed to the growth and unity of the state.

The Director-General of Team APC 5/5, Comrade Chukwunalu Dike, stated this during a media chat in Asaba, the Delta State capital.

Dike said Governor Oborevwori had demonstrated genuine concern for every part of the state through inclusive policies and people-oriented projects.

He said the administration had brought significant development to Delta State and expressed optimism that Deltans would enjoy greater prosperity under Oborevwori.

Dike urged Deltans to sustain their support for the administration to enable it deliver more under the Renewed Hope and MORE Agenda.

In a keynote address at a political programme titled, “Who Will Tell the Governor?”, Dike said the governor’s achievements had not received adequate recognition.

He explained that many people who contributed to Oborevwori’s emergence had not properly communicated their contributions to the governor.

Dike said he worked assiduously with his team to ensure Oborevwori’s victory when they were still members of the Peoples Democratic Party.

He said he donated two cars and a bus branded with the photographs of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and Senator Ifeanyi Okowa.

According to him, the vehicles were used to mobilise support for the party and its candidates during the election.

Dike also recalled his role as a former President of NADESTU, saying he mobilised a large number of youths across the state.

He said the mobilisation was aimed at securing support for Governor Oborevwori and other candidates during the election.

Dike said he had continued to support the administration since Oborevwori assumed office.

He appealed to the governor to consider him and members of his team for political appointments and youth empowerment programmes.

Dike further disclosed that he had commenced mobilisation with his team in preparation for Governor Oborevwori’s re-election bid in 2027.

He said he personally financed the programmes and publications produced by his group during the election campaign.

Dike expressed confidence that the administration would achieve more developmental milestones with sustained support from Deltans.
