Hilda Baci Breaks Two Records in One Day, Becomes 3-Time Guinness Holder
Nigerian celebrity chef Hilda Baci has achieved another historic milestone, officially becoming a three-time Guinness World Records holder after confirming she broke two records on the same day.
The announcement was made via her official X (formerly Twitter) account, where she shared her excitement after receiving confirmation from Guinness World Records.
“Checked my email this morning and found out I actually broke TWO records on the same day.
Now officially a 3-time Guinness World Records holder.
What a way to enter 2026
@GWR always a pleasure.”
Hilda first rose to global prominence in 2023 after setting the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual, a feat that placed Nigeria firmly in the global spotlight.
She later went on to participate in large-scale culinary record attempts, including the preparation of a massive serving of rice that earned Guinness recognition.
The latest confirmation means that one of her previous Guinness-certified cooking events resulted in two separate world records, a fact she only became aware of after official notification.
With this achievement, Hilda Baci further cements her status as one of Nigeria’s most celebrated culinary figures and a global ambassador for African cuisine, entering 2026 with yet another landmark accomplishment.
