Phyna Challenges Etinosa to Boxing Match After Nkechi Blessing Victory

Big Brother Naija winner Josephina Otabor, popular as Phyna, has challenged Nollywood actress Etinosa Idemudia to a celebrity boxing bout following her victory over actress Nkechi Blessing.

Phyna called out the actress after securing a fourth-round knockout victory against Nkechi Blessing at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Lagos. Organized by the Balmoral Group, the Chaos in the Ring event marked Nigeria’s first female celebrity boxing bout and earned Phyna a N50 million cash prize.

When asked by match officials who she wanted to face next, Phyna declared her intention to step back into the ring against Etinosa:

“I came in, kept my cool, and did the thing. Now I would like to fight Etinosa. I think it is time I teach her a lesson,” Phyna stated.

Watching ringside, Etinosa immediately accepted the callout, setting up another Edo-born celebrity showdown.

“Moving around to advise you to carry yourself and the Edo name with pride, na bad thing I do? Challenge well accepted,” Etinosa responded.

The upcoming bout promises another high-profile entertainment spectacle as organizers prepare to finalize the details for the next installment of the series.
