In an announcement on the museum’s official Instagram page, management said the surge in reservations came within 24 hours of IShowSpeed’s feature during his visit to Ghana, with both local and international visitors eager to secure appointments.
The museum, known for celebrating Ghana’s shea butter heritage and offering spa-like wellness experiences, saw unprecedented interest after the streamer showcased the venue on his broadcast, including a traditional shea butter massage session.
IShowSpeed, whose real name is Darren Watkins Jr. has drawn global attention to his Ghana visit as part of his highly followed “Speed Does Africa” tour, which spans multiple countries and highlights cultural attractions to millions of online followers.
