Faleke Obtains APC Presidential Forms for Tinubu’s 2027 Bid

Member of the House of Representatives representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, James Faleke, has obtained the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential nomination and expression of interest forms on behalf of President Bola Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general election.

The forms, valued at ₦100 million, were picked up at the APC National Secretariat in Abuja as part of preparations for Tinubu’s re-election bid.

Faleke, a long-time political ally of the President, carried out the action alongside other party loyalists, reaffirming support for Tinubu’s second-term ambition.

The APC had earlier fixed the cost of its presidential nomination forms at ₦100 million, as part of its timetable for the 2027 election cycle.

Tinubu, who won the 2023 presidential election, is expected to formally declare his intention for re-election as political activities begin to gather momentum ahead of 2027.

The development has further intensified early political positioning within the ruling party, as key stakeholders continue to mobilise support for the President’s second-term bid.
