Burna Boy Wows Crowd at England Lionesses’ UEFA Euro Victory Celebration
Grammy-winning Nigerian artist Burna Boy lit up the stage with an electrifying performance at the England Lionesses’ UEFA Euro 2025 victory celebration, held at Buckingham Palace on July 29, 2025.
The Lionesses had just made history by successfully defending their European Championship title, defeating Spain 3-1 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in extra time. The celebration drew over 100,000 fans, who witnessed not just a momentous football achievement, but also a powerful blend of music and unity.
Burna Boy performed his global hit “For My Hand” featuring Ed Sheeran, thrilling the crowd and sending the Lionesses into a dancing frenzy. The energy was electric, with the audience singing along and the players visibly moved by the moment.
England manager Sarina Wiegman, a devoted fan of Burna Boy, was seen singing along and later sharing a heartfelt embrace with the Afro-fusion superstar.
