Bishop David Abioye Says Prayer Healed His Wife of HIV

Founder of Conquerors Global Assembly, Bishop David Abioye, has revealed that his wife was diagnosed with HIV during the COVID-19 pandemic but later tested free of the virus following prayers and faith declarations.

Speaking during a Sunday church service, the bishop recounted how he initially rejected the diagnosis and sought a second medical evaluation after praying over his wife’s health.

“During COVID-19 they said my wife had HIV, I said no. Not in this body,” Abioye said.
“By the time they checked her… Because I got scriptural revelations, ‘the prince of this world came to check me and they have found nothing,’ so I said, ‘go and do the check-up.’ They checked her up and they couldn’t find anything there.”

Bishop Abioye emphasized that healing requires active faith and spiritual engagement.

“Healing is not for gentlemen. You don’t nurse sickness to go; you fight sickness to go,” he declared.
