Wike, Others to be honoured at Garden City Advancement Awards 2017

The Garden City Advancement Awards (GCAA) is billed to hold on Saturday 28th October, at Hotel Presidential, Port Harcourt.

With DIVERSIFYING RIVERS STATE ECONOMY BEYOND OIL – Practical Solutions and Prospects as a theme, this year’s event, which is the 4th edition, would honour people who have contributed positively to growth and development in Rivers State.

Organised by Heritage Plus, the awardees for this year’s edition include the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, NUPENG President, Dr. Igwe Achese, Engr sam Adjogbe, Mr. Jack Rich-Tein jr of Belema Oil, Pelfaco Limited, Meridian Hospital and Dova Engineering.

Project Director, GCAA, Mr Robinson Koyoyo in a statement made available to us explained that the awards, which cut across over 20 categories, would be given to selected nominees for their contributions to development in the region.
