Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux’s Son Rakeem Hits 100K Instagram Followers Instantly

Baby Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, the newborn son of Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian musician Juma Jux, has become an internet sensation after gaining over 100,000 Instagram followers within hours of his page launch.

Rakeem’s Instagram handle, @rakeem_mk, debuted on Sunday, August 24, 2025, just after his grandmother, Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo, announced his birth. The actress proudly introduced herself as the “sexiest grandma in town” while celebrating the arrival of her first grandchild.

Priscilla Ojo also confirmed the delivery in a Monday post, writing,“Prince Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala…. 24.08.25.”

Her post silenced rumours that she had secretly given birth weeks earlier.

Although Baby Rakeem’s face has not yet been revealed, blurred images shared by the family have only fueled fans’ anticipation. Despite the limited content, his account has already surpassed 112,000 followers, with strong support from fans across Nigeria and Tanzania.

Rakeem’s unique heritage combining Nigerian, Tanzanian, and Canadian roots — has further amplified his growing popularity.

Iyabo Ojo, currently in Canada with her daughter and grandson, has announced that the official naming ceremony will be held in Lagos in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, congratulatory messages from fans, colleagues, and celebrities continue to flood social media, making Baby Rakeem one of the fastest-rising celebrity babies online in 2025.
