‘I’m a Living Witness of His Wickedness’ — Cynthia Morgan Calls Out Jude Okoye Again

Nigerian singer Cynthia Morgan, now known professionally as Madrina, has renewed her long-running dispute with her former record label boss, Jude Okoye, accusing him of dishonesty and describing herself as “a living witness of his wickedness.” The latest outburst adds another chapter to the years-long fallout between the pair over her time at Northside Entertainment.

Taking to social media, Morgan alleged that Okoye had continued to speak negatively about her behind her back while avoiding direct communication despite her repeated efforts to meet with him. She also revisited previous allegations that he withheld earnings due to her during her time under his label.

“All you have done since 2016 is talk behind my back. All efforts to see you in person have been to no avail.”

The singer further suggested that everyone involved in the dispute would eventually face the consequences of their actions.

“But you see, I know I had to reap my own destruction for sowing in flesh. You too will reap yours for being an instrument and for holding back such earnings through dishonesty. As we all know God cannot be mocked.”

Morgan and Okoye have been at the centre of a public dispute since 2020, when the singer claimed she lost control of her stage name, royalties and several digital assets after leaving Northside Entertainment. Although the controversy has resurfaced several times over the years, neither party has announced any resolution to the dispute.

As of the time of filing this report, Jude Okoye has not publicly responded to Morgan’s latest allegations.
