Alex Iwobi Features Amadou Onana on Debut EP ‘More to Life’

Fulham midfielder and Super Eagles star Alex Iwobi has officially released his debut extended play (EP) titled More to Life, marking his entry into the music scene.

The 29-year-old footballer, who performs under the stage name ‘17’, dropped the nine-track project on streaming platforms in the early hours of Thursday.

The project features several collaborations, including Aston Villa midfielder Amadou Onana, who appears under his music alias, as well as other artistes.

Iwobi’s More to Life explores themes of growth, identity, and life beyond football, reflecting his journey on and off the pitch.

The EP release follows earlier teasers, including the lead single Track 0 (Freestyle), which gave fans a glimpse into his sound, a blend of Afrobeats and contemporary influences.

Despite his growing presence in music, Iwobi continues to balance his football career with Fulham F.C. in the English Premier League, where he remains an important figure for both club and country.

His transition into music adds him to a growing list of athletes exploring creative paths beyond sports, with fans reacting positively to the bold move.
