Afrobeats Star Kizz Daniel Drops New EP ‘Uncle K (Lemon Chase)’ Featuring Top Collaborations

Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Kizz Daniel has released his highly anticipated EP, Uncle K (Lemon Chase), marking a strong return to the music scene.

Originally the song was scheduled for a November 2024 release, the project was delayed due to a personal loss the artist experienced.

The 7-track EP showcases Kizz Daniel’s signature sound, an infectious blend of party anthems and indigenous rhythms.

The project features guest appearances from notable artists such as Odumodublvck, Bella Shmurda, Phyno, Runtown, Fola, Angelique Kidjo, and Johnny Drille, reflecting the hitmaker’s recent desire to collaborate more. As Kizz Daniel shared on social media earlier in 2024, he expressed being “tired of releasing solo hits,” which influenced the collaborative nature of Uncle K.

Uncle K follows the success of his previous project TZA, which brought fans hit singles like “Twe Twe” and “Showa.” This latest release also aligns with his ‘Vado at 10’ celebration, marking a decade of success as one of Afrobeats’ biggest stars.

Since bursting onto the scene with his smash debut single “Woju,” Kizz Daniel has established himself as one of Afrobeats’ most prolific hitmakers. His award-winning debut album No Bad Songs and the acclaimed Barnabas album are testaments to his enduring impact. Among his many global hits is the viral sensation “Buga,” which captivated fans worldwide and inspired countless recreations of its signature dance moves.
