Sultan of Sokoto, Sa’adu Abubakar has commended the Wife of Sokoto State Governor, Hajiya Maryam Mairo Aminu Waziri Tambuwal for being listed as an awardee at the prestigious Nigeria Goodwill Ambassador Awards.

According to the sultan, This Goodwill Awards proves that the credibility of Sokoto State is in the right hands and he also commends the first lady for embarking on several projects to touch lives of the needy in the state.
Sultan of Sokoto, Sa’adu Abubakar also pleaded for greater understanding and patient of Sokoto State Indigenes in the face of biting economic hardship in the country.
