So Sad: Jane Okpochine Looses Fight to Breast Cancer


Jane Okpochine, a mother of two, who suffered from breast cancer, has finally lost the battle.

According to a Facebook Post by one of her care givers, it read that, “With deep pains in our heart, we announce the passing on to glory, the untimely death of Jane Okpochine, a woman with a breast cancer from Amai Community in Ukwuani LGA, Delta State.”

“Jane died according to the family early hour of Tuesday, 17th January 2017 at Capitol Hill Hospital, Warri where she was receiving medical treatment to enable the hospital carry out surgery on her breast following the response from good Nigerians through our call for donations.

“We want to use this opportunity to thank the good people of Nigeria for demonstrating their passionate love, empathy and goodwill to save Jane’s life.

“Jane who would have been 30 this year is survived by her two children 4 years and 8months old respectively. We believe that God will use every one of us to support these children despite the loss of their mother.
