Ghanaian Referee to Officiate AFCON 2025 Semi‑Final
Ghanaian referee Daniel Nii Ayi Laryea will officiate the AFCON 2025 semi‑final clash between Nigeria and Morocco, CAF has confirmed.
Laryea, 38, is one of Ghana’s most respected officials and has previously handled key CAF matches, including the Champions League and Confederation Cup.
He will be assisted by Zakhele Thusi Granville Siwela (South Africa) and Souru Phatsoane (Lesotho), with Arsenio Chadreque Maringule (Mozambique) on the field and Samuel Uwikunda (Rwanda) as fourth official.
The Nigeria vs Morocco match is among the most anticipated fixtures of AFCON 2025, determining one of the finalists in the tournament.
