Members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State are currently staging a protest at the Lagos State House of Assembly, calling for the immediate removal of the party’s state chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi.

The protesters, believed to be representatives from all 57 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) in the state, gathered in large numbers, chanting slogans and holding placards with inscriptions such as “Ojelabi Must Go” and “We Want Fresh Leadership.”

The protest, which began in the early hours of today, has attracted significant attention and led to heightened security around the Assembly complex. A number of police officers were deployed to maintain peace and prevent any outbreak of violence.
