The Chairman of Oshimili South Local Government Council, Hon. Kelvin Ezenyili, has disbursed ₦100 million to 1,000 beneficiaries across the local government area in Delta State as part of his annual empowerment programme.

The empowerment initiative, held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, in Asaba, aligns with the MORE Agenda of Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, which focuses on Meaningful development, Opportunities for all, Realistic reforms, and Enhanced peace and security.

Beneficiaries received between ₦50,000 and ₦100,000 each to support small-scale businesses, improve livelihoods, and promote entrepreneurship, especially during the current economic climate.
