Jerry Eze Foundation Rolls Out $300,000 Youth Grant
Pastor Jerry Eze has announced that the Jerry Eze Foundation will roll out an empowerment grant of $300,000 aimed at supporting 100 young Nigerians in agriculture, technology, and manufacturing.
In a video posted on social media, Pastor Eze explained that each participant would receive at least $3,000 to start or expand businesses, saying:
“The grant will see that each and every one of them will get at least $3,000 to support businesses or help them pioneer businesses in technology, in manufacturing, or in agriculture.”
He added that a reputable international consulting firm will oversee the process to ensure transparency and openness, emphasizing that the initiative is part of the foundation’s broader mission to cater to the total man.
“This is just a part, this is us playing just a part and being a part of the big thing that God wants to do for people this year,” he said.
Hours after the video, business mogul Tonye Cole pledged to sponsor 20 additional young people, bringing the total beneficiaries to 120 and the total fund to $360,000. Pastor Eze shared the update on X, writing:
“My friend Tonye Cole has decided to support the Jerry Eze Foundation initiative for empowerment of young people by adding 20 young persons to the scheme. Making our number 120, God bless you TC. The total fund is now $360,000.”
The foundation plans to roll out further details on how participants can apply, with the aim of promoting youth entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable business development across Nigeria.
