Delta State Government Postpones ‘Food Festival’

Following the upcoming 2018 African Senior Athletics Championship billed for August 1-5, the scheduled Delta State Food Festival has been postponed.
This was contained in a public announcement by the Honourable Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Mr Chinye Bazim Emmanuel, who disclosed that a new date for the Food Festival will be announced soon.
According to the announcement as obtained, it stated that, “This is to inform the General Public that due to the upcoming 2018 African Senior Athletics Championship, the Delta State Food Festival scheduled to hold on Thursday 26th to Friday 27th is hereby postponed. A new date will be communicated.
We wish to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”
