Our Interest Is For Deltans To Become House Owners – TURECC


…Flags Off 1000 Housing Unit Scheme.

A multinational Estate Developer, TURECC has said that their interest is for every Deltan, and Nigerian in general to become house owners.

This was disclosed on Good Friday, March 30, 2018 by the Director of Operations, Engr. Uto Peter Elvis while flagging of the 1,000 housing units scheme at Orchid Hotel, Asaba.

Engr. Elvis stated that TURECC started operations in Delta State since 2017 with a mandate to build 1,000 house unit. He said; “We are targeting in ensuring that everyone becomes a house owner, no matter the level they are or their source of income.”

Engr. Elvis revealed that his firm is partnering with the Federal Mortgage Bank while in Delta, it is through the Delta Trust Mortgage Financial Limited.

He further stated that the Mortgage Bank provides the funds on behalf of the clients either private or public servants.

“There are different packages. For those who have land, TURECC develops it for them, while those who do not have, we provide an apartment for them and spread the payment period within 2-25 years.”

“We use our own money to develop your project. Our interest is to ensure that everyone in Nigeria gets an affordable, convenient and durable house that can stand the test of time.”

“Presently, we have about 700 persons already registered with TURECC in Delta,” he added.
