Ochonogor gave the assurance on Thursday, September 3, 2026, during an inspection of the project alongside the Executive Director, Projects, Olorogun Dr. Ebenezer Okorodudu.

He explained that the project comprises three major segments: the completed physical structure; tiling, screeding, painting, doors and windows; and the furniture and external works.
According to him, Governor Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori had approved the introduction of two additional contractors to handle the installation of furniture and external works in order to accelerate the completion process.
He said the completion timeline would not extend beyond December 2026. “This is a fantastic job we are doing here. As you can see, the level of work done is according to specifications.”
