According to him, the State Government under the leadership of His Excellency, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa has done well in the fight against COVID-19, adding that the fumigation exercise was to compliment the efforts of the State Government in tackling the disease.
Comrade Adjekuko who is also the Chairman of the Uvwie Chapter of PSP said that; “The Coronavirus pandemic that is ravaging the world is real and this is why we have decided to embark on the fumigation of all our trucks in the state. We have directed all our members in Asaba, Agbor, Uvwie, Ughelli, Sapele, Warri and other pilot cities in the state to fumigate their trucks in order to tackle this dreaded virus”.
He added that; “Our dynamic Governor, His Excellency Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa is working very hard and we want to sincerely commend his efforts in addressing the issue of this deadly virus. We members of PSP in the State are satisfied with measures taken so far by the state government towards curtailing the killer disease and on our part, we decided to carry out the fumigation exercise to support what the state government is doing in order to protect the lives of our people. We want to by this exercise also assure all our clients that we are up to the task of cleaning up their environment as we are fully kitted more than ever before to do what we know how best to do”.

This is a measure to protect ourselves and our staff as we carry out our duties, especially this trying period we are passing through in the world. I’m giving Asaba 41 bottles of hand sanitizers, Agbor 20, Uvwie 35, Ughelli 20, Sapele 25 and Warri 35.
