… Says Okowa Will Work Wonders In His Second Term. 

The Member representing Aniocha North State Constituency, Hon. Engr. Emeka Nwaobi has said that the people of Aniocha North have shown him immense love, adding that it has proved to him a great sign of partnership towards a progressive Constituency. 

He made this assertion while addressing newsmen immediately after receiving his certificate of return from INEC, 27th March, 2019, in Asaba, Delta State. 

The amiable lawmaker maintained that the next phase of his legislative representation would witness the consolidation of an all inclusive development in Aniocha North.

Speaking further, he prayed for the ordinary constituents of Aniocha North who stood with him through thick and thin, with one resolve in mind – that Nwaobi must come back a second time.

The God fearing engineer turned politician, however, advised pundits to stop distracting him with their political detractions and baseless rumours, stating that he is committed to the good people of Aniocha North with life changing legislations, good governance and empowerment for capacity. 

Nwaobi went further to congratulate His Excellency Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on his due return to the Government House for a second term,  positing that his landslide victory was an attestation of his impeccable performance and politics of inclusiveness.

He urged Deltans to continue to keep faith with the Ekwueme Governor, whom he said has better plans for Delta State in his second tenure.

Meanwhile, it was a big carnival in Issele-Uku, headquarters of Aniocha North LGA, as supporters and well wishers trooped out in large numbers to receive Nwaobi with his certificate of return into Oligbo Kingdom.

It was a huge procession with a carnival like dance from Issele-Uku city gate into the town, as Nwaobi danced into the Afor market Issele-Uku where the market women were thrown into jubilant mood. 

From there he proceeded to the Ogwa Ogbelani of Issele-Uku to show the Ogbelani of Issele-Uku, Diokpa Okonkwo Isimchei his certificate of return. 

The Oligbo Royal Palace, however, became a beehive of the biggest activity with thousands of supporters dancing forth and back in celebration, while the handsome amiable Royal Father, His Royal Majesty Agbogidi Obi Nduka beamed consistently with smiles.

Flanked by his palace chiefs, Agbogidi Obi Nduka confirmed the certificate of return and then prayed for Nwaobi.

He said that the peaceful doggedness of Nwaobi during the race had shown the unique resilience of Issele-Oligbo people.

The Royal Father stressed that he had no doubts from the beginning that Hon. Nwaobi would emerge victorious because his performance was visible enough for all to see.

He therefore, encouraged Hon. Nwaobi to continue to soar high politically with a view to salvaging the people of Issele-Uku and Aniocha North from political underdevelopment.
