Delta South: Uduaghan Floors James Manager, As Tribunal Orders Rerun in 90 Days

The Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Asaba on Saturday, September 7, 2019 sacked the senator representing Delta South Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Senator James Manager.
Former Delta State governor and candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the election, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan, had approached the tribunal seeking the nullification of the election over gross electoral malpractice during the election.
A rerun has been ordered within the next 90 days.
