Aniocha North First Lady Gives School Uniforms, Sandals to Pupils


Abundant excitement was witnessed on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 in Ojiokpa primary school, Ugboba community in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State as Wife of the Aniocha North Chairman, Princess Adaobi Oseme distributed over 100 new school uniforms, sandals and stockings to Pupils.

Princess Adaobi who presented the school uniforms and other items to the pupils free, said that the gesture was to contribute to humanity and educational wellbeing of the children in her little way.

According to her, “I have looked around and seen some of these children’s school uniforms, they are not in good shape.

“In my little way, I decided to do something so that these children can look good as students than wearing tore clothes to school which indirectly can affect their learning. I have started with this school today, and I will try to reach other schools, so that, Aniocha North pupils will be exceptional in dressing and others”.

She said that doing this, is not only touching lives but complementing the efforts of the state government especially the programme of Governor’s wife, Dame Edith Okowa towards the good people of Delta state, applauding the 05 initiative programme of Her Excellency.

The first Lady further commended the council chairman, Hon. Chuks Oseme for the opportunity to touch lives.

The pupils happily showered prayers on Princess Adaobi as they could not hold back their joys over the kind gesture shown on them.
